Delivery details:
When you order. We will send you a size confirmation email within 10 minutes. Please confirm according to our guide as soon as possible. This will affect the production arrangement of your suit.
Our production cycle is three to five days. We use DHL for shipping. The limitation is 5-7 days. So it usually takes about 2 weeks for our suit to be produced until you receive it. （The expedited time limit is about 10 days）
Method of payment：
We only support PayPal payments at present. If you don't have a PayPal account. Or don't want to sign up for PayPal. You may refer to our payment guide. You can make payments with (no registration required) PayPal. (Both debit and credit cards are supported)
Refund Policy：
If the suit doesn't fit because you provided the wrong body measurements. We don't accept returns for refunds. Because the suit is tailored to your measurements. There is no resale value.
If it was a mistake on our part. Unable to be modified at a local tailor's. We accept refunds for returns. You need to pay the freight. Or you can pay the freight and we will free remake the suit for you.
If it can be modified locally, we can refund you up to 20% of the value of the suit as repair costs. Or we'll give you a 30% discount on your next order. you can tell us what we need to adjust. We'll make adjustments. If the suit doesn't fit because of us again. We'll give you a full refund. You don't have to return suits
