At BDtailormade, every suit is carefully made to order by our experienced tailors. We are committed to providing reliable worldwide shipping, exceptional craftsmanship, and a smooth delivery experience.

Free Standard Shipping to the USA — Customs Duties Covered

We offer FREE standard shipping to the United States, with all U.S. import customs duties covered by BDtailormade.

Once your suit is completed, we arrange shipment to the United States through our logistics partners for customs clearance. This process typically takes approximately 15–20 days.

After customs clearance is completed, your suit will be handed over to UPS or FedEx for final delivery within the United States, usually taking approximately 5 days.

All U.S. import customs duties are paid by us. You won't need to pay additional import duties upon delivery when using our free standard shipping service.

Please note that these estimated shipping times begin after your suit has been completed and dispatched. Production time is not included. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Priority Production & DHL Express Shipping — $45

Need your suit sooner? Upgrade to our Priority Production & DHL Express Shipping service for just $45 USD.

This premium service includes:

• Priority Production: Your order is prioritized in our production schedule to help shorten the standard manufacturing time.
• DHL Express Shipping: Once your suit is completed, it will be shipped directly via DHL Express, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Dedicated Order Support: Our customer service team will assist with your order and delivery updates.

Priority Service Fee: $45 USD
Includes priority production and DHL Express shipping.

Important: Customs duties and import fees for DHL Express shipments are the customer's responsibility. These charges are estimated at approximately $40 USD, but actual amounts may vary.

Priority production helps shorten the manufacturing process, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need your suit for a wedding or special event, please contact us before placing your order.

Free Worldwide Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. We work with reliable international logistics partners to deliver your order safely.

For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

Made-to-Order Production & Quality Control

Every BDtailormade garment is made to order, including our two-piece suits, three-piece suits, jackets, waistcoats, and trousers.

As a suit manufacturer based in China with over 30 years of tailoring experience, we work directly with our customers to provide quality craftsmanship at factory-direct prices.

Each garment undergoes a careful quality inspection before dispatch. Our team checks the stitching, fabric, measurements, and overall finish to ensure your order meets our quality standards.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

For standard shipping to the United States, your package first travels through our international logistics network and completes customs clearance before being transferred to UPS or FedEx for domestic delivery.

Your UPS or FedEx tracking number may not show movement immediately while your package is in international transit or undergoing customs clearance.

Tracking information typically updates once the package enters the carrier's delivery network. Please allow additional time for tracking updates during the customs clearance process.

Delivery Time Information

All estimated shipping and delivery times refer to the period after your suit has been completed and dispatched, unless otherwise stated.

Since our garments are made to order, manufacturing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
